As our company undergoes business expansion, we are in search of talented individuals to become part of our team.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents, such as quotations, invoices, debit/credit notes, and delivery notes, and handle general data entries
- Assist in the maintenance of effective record keeping and filing systems
- Liaise with logistical department to monitor daily operations, observe inventory management and control delivery arrangement
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform clerical and administrative support as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in Administration or related disciplines
- 1 to 2 years of secretarial and administrative experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Adobe Photoshop
- Good Communication skill, self-initiative, positive, proactive and good time management
- Detail-minded personality with high organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
