As our company undergoes business expansion, we are in search of talented individuals to become part of our team. 

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents, such as quotations, invoices, debit/credit notes, and delivery notes, and handle general data entries
  • Assist in the maintenance of effective record keeping and filing systems
  • Liaise with logistical department to monitor daily operations, observe inventory management and control delivery arrangement
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Perform clerical and administrative support as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma in Administration or related disciplines
  • 1 to 2 years of secretarial and administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Adobe Photoshop
  • Good Communication skill, self-initiative, positive, proactive and good time management
  • Detail-minded personality with high organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
