Account Executive
Our company undergoes business expansion, we are in search of talented individuals to become part of our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare payment and issue cheques in a timely and accurate manner
- Issue monthly statements and reports
- Prepare vouchers and maintain organized records
- Scan and file supporting documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping requirements
- Assist in various accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team members
- Occasionally work overtime to meet deadlines or handle urgent tasks
- Provide support for ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related field
- With 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Retail/Food/FMCG sector
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
